El diseñador de Arte Eugenio Caballero por el premio del Sindicato de Directores de Arte (ADG, por sus siglas en inglés) en la categoría principal por su más reciente trabajo Roma, la película de Alfonso Cuarón. La organización premia el diseño de producción en largometrajes y en programas de televisión.
Algunas de las películas que destacan por estar en tres categorías (período, fantasía y contemporáneo) son The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, Bohemian Rhapsody, Black Panther y Misión: Imposible - Fallout.
En el lado de la televisión, los nominados incluyeron The Haunting of Hill House (Netflix), Castle Rock (Hulu) y Sharp Objects (HBO).
